The project comprised 48 residential apartments. The built project apartments were completed in 2010.
“The Steyne” Luxury Residential Apartment
The project comprised 16 luxury residential apartments. The built project apartments were completed in 2012.
“Plus Medical Clinic” Retail/Commercial
The site was purchased in 2010 and the project included the refurbishment of the property into leased retail and commercial space. However, the property benefits from B4 -Mixed Use zoning and a DA for the proposed highest and best use of the land for residential unit development is permissible under the zoning. Sold in 2018.

The project comprised of 13 luxury serviced strata apartments. The built project apartments were completed in 2016.

“The Esperance” Mixed-Use
Achieved DA Approval for the construction of a retail, commercial and residential development accommodating 1,500 sqm of retail floor space, 560 sqm of commercial floor space, 188 residential apartments and 14 townhouses. The land site was on-sold to Option Group Funds Management with DA Approval in 2017.
