The project comprised mixed-use DA Approval for 30 strata warehouse units (190 sqm to 700 sqm) with mezzanine offices, 13 ground floor retail stores (80 sqm to 200 sqm) and 13 hi-tech offices on Level 1 (110 sqm to 235 sqm) and an 87 position Childcare Centre. The built project strata units were completed in 2017.
